This mod is not intended to be balanced or immersive. The purpose of
this mod is to help speed along stellaris games. Many times have I
found myself in a situation where friends and I could not finish a game
due to time. This should help that proccess. Some features maybe
redundant, I am aware of the enclaves have similar effects.
This may nod be for every Stellaris player.
