Jump Drive penalty change
This mod replaces the fleet penalty when using a jump drive.
Instead of reduction to the weapon damage(-50%) and speed of movement (-50%), a penalty is imposed on the ship’s chance to get out of combat (-100%) and increase the time until the fleet retreats (+ 1000%).

Этот мод заменяет штраф флота при использовании прыжкового двигателя.
Вместо штрафа на урон оружием (-50%) и скорость передвижения (-50%) вводится штраф на шанс корабля выйти из боя (-100%) и увеличение времени до отступления флота (+1000%).
