Limited Overhaul of the game made to be compatible with most mods.

Techs on start:

Autosurvey (in order to lessen starting micro)
Megaengineering (so that all players are not subject to complete randomness when entering mid-game)

Spaceports:

expanded to 12 slots *** <- currently removed to fix issues
2 new station modules

Advanced Combat Transport Section

Defines:

Halved fleet upgrade times
Reworked AI balance to make it smarter, faster and more effective.
9 max traits

Sector Types:
Balanced Naval Support

Balanced Sector that also builds military vessels.
All vessels will gather at nearest rally point.

Military Industry

Sector pimarily focused on producing energy and minerals.
Part of produced resources is always dedicated to building vessels.
All vessels will gather at nearest rally point.

Trade:

5-100 years

Planetary Bombardment:

Scorched Earth Protocol
(at full scale bombing you can choose to render the planet into a burning hulk or nuke it)

Small Habitat [cruiser tech]
Extended Habitat [voidborn]
