Species Customization UI Edit
Quick/Simple mod to resize the traits and civics menus to be more usable when you have many selections and options. Should work with mods that increase civics points, trait points, etc. as it only modifies interfacecustomize_species_editors.gui. Some small other changes. This will NOT work with mods that add authorities/ethics as their buttons must be hardcoded into the same gui file.
Changes are annotated and documented, adding more ethics/authorities to patch with another mod will be easy.
Suggestions welcome.
