• Doctor Who flavored mod for Stellaris including 12 species from the show and much more!

Changelog for Stellaris v2.2.1 (Dec 15th, 2018):

• Trait/Civic/Tradition bonuses for all 12 empires completely changed for balancing. Have a look at them in the game.
• Added 10 new technology [imgur.com] for Time Lords and Daleks.
• Most of the Empires’ ethic/authority types are changed.
• Daleks are now Fanatic Purifiers.
• Cybermen are now Driven Assimilator (if you have the Synthetic Dawn DLC).
• Weeping Angels are now immortal.
• Human companions of Doctor will not show up as Time Lords anymore.
• TARDIS Ship Class is removed but TARDIS Science Ship Model still remains for Time Lords. They have to research related techs to achieve full TARDIS power (max speed etc).
• Daleks no more starts with armor bonus. Instead, they have to research related techs (Polycarbide etc) to achieve their famous armor bonuses.

• TARDIS Science Ship model for Time Lords.

• All species has few balanced unique bonuses in accordance with their story-line in the TV Show.

• 12 Custom made Empires out of the Doctor Who species to play with.

• Added 10 new technology [imgur.com] for Time Lords and Daleks.

• 29 Events in total (lasts 200 years).

• +50 portraits in total.

• Full Regeneration System through events (9th to 13th Doctor including Jodie Whittaker). Each regeneration will take place in every 50 years. Companions will join the Doctor in-between the regenerations.

• Three new tradition categories: Militaristic, Scientific and Economics. Each dedicated to certain Empires (see below) but can be stolen through required Ascension Perks.

• Greeting sounds from the show for each species.

• Gallifreyan clothes for Time Lords.

• Doctor Who themed loading screens.

• Mod supports: English, French, German, Polish, Spanish, Russian and Portuguese.

Distribution of Available Traditions:

— Daleks, Cybermen, Sontarans and Judoons are eligible to adopt Militaristic traditions at the game start. After adopting all of their primary traditions and having at least 3 ascension perks, they will able to steal other traditions through the related ascension perks.

— Time Lords, The Silence, Weeping Angels and the Zygons are eligible to adopt Scientific traditions at the game start. After adopting all of their primary traditions and having at least 3 ascension perks, they will able to steal other traditions through the related ascension perks.

— Oods, Silurians, Ice Warriors and the Raxacoricofallapatorians are eligible to adopt Economic traditions at the game start. After adopting all of their primary traditions and having at least 3 ascension perks, they will able to steal other traditions through the related ascension perks.

• These DLC’s are required for you to have a better experience though game should run just fine without them:
— Utopia–> (to play as/against Oods)
— Synthetic Dawn–>(to play as/against Cybermen)

• Mod only supports English as of Stellaris v2.2. If you wish to translate this mod into other languages go ahead.

• Creating new empires or changing custom ones is NOT recommended (instead try to use custom made empires as they are).
