Downscaled Ships patch for Amarr Ships

Amarr Shipset:
This is a complete shipset for the Amarr Empire from CCP’s Eve Online. It contains a full set (excluding the Ion cannon atm) of ships, stations, a stargate, as well as turrets. All combat ships are set up with engine effects and proper turret locators.
