!Elves of Stellaris – No FE/Civ Spawns
Removes Fallen Empire & Prescripted Civ spawning for Elves of Stellaris, but keeps the primitives.
Elves are awesome. Primitive elves are psycho killer elves waiting to get awesomer. Would you deny them?
No. Of course not.
This removes Elf/Drow Fallen Empire and Prescripted Civ spawning while still keeping Primitive Elf spawns.
All assets and code of this mod and the original mod were actually created by @TheGrandN, @Teneb_Kel and @Princess_Stabbity. I just deleted a couple files from the original No FE/Prim/Civ version.
