!!Extra Civic in More Ethics and Civics Rebuild
This is a small patch mod that edits one line in 00_defines.txt to make you have 4 civic choices in the empire creation screen. It is meant to be used with any of the Ethics and Civics Rebuild so you can choose 4 civics instead of 3, but it can also be used without those mods as well if you just want to have 4 civics per empire.
Use in combination with any of these mods, or by itself to have 4 civics. Note, pick only ONE to subscribe to and use.

This mod should be compatible with any other mod because it only edits one line from 00_defines.txt but it doesn’t replace the file itself, so any other mod that alters 00_defines.txt should not be affected at all, unless they alter the line for how many civics picks you start with. Having the "!!" at the beginning of the mod names causes this mod to be loaded before any of the Overhaul or Rebuild mods so it works fine with them but overrides their 3 civic points and makes them 4 civics points.
