Traditionless Federation
Ever thought to yourself: "Man, Diplomacy is not that great but I want to create a federation"
Well now you don´t need that silly tradition anymore.
This mod simply adds a technology which enables the creation of federations.
At this point in time the AI doesn´t research it, so it behaves the same.
