Description:

This mod expands the max capacities, and aims to allow even the ai to build more starbases to create a more realistic theorised intelligent universe.

Train of thought: If you can afford it you should be allowed to build it, it meaning whatever you want.

Doubled weapon radius.
Defensive platforms auto upgrade.
You can edit the design of the ion gun.
Added component "acceleration field", it has 6 tiers from +10% to +250% speed of friendly ships.

All Outposts are now listed in the outliner, in the Starbases category.
All Outposts now have an icon displayed in the galaxy map.
Outposts now have an initial 1 building slot available.
A number of new buildings are available for Outposts.
Three new types of ‘role’ can now be assigned dependent on which of the new buildings is constructed: Research Outpost, Mining Outpost and Navigation Outpost. Outposts with no classification are now simply Border Outposts.

MINING OUTPOSTS
The minerals and energy production will vary depending on whether there is an orbital deposit of minerals and/or energy in the system, and whether that deposit has a mining station.

RESEARCH OUTPOSTS
The science production is currently flat but I’ll likely be changing it to work similarly to the production from Mining Outposts.

NAVIGATION OUTPOSTS
Sublight speed +100%, Jump Charge Time -10%, Jump Cooldown -10%.

Max Naval Capacity is now 9000, up from 1000.

Naval Capacity Pop Multiplier .20, up from .10

Starbase Max Capacity is now 9000, up from 50

Starbase Base Capacity is now 6, up from 3.

Starbase System Capacity Multiplier now .50, up from .050.

Starbase Capacity Population Multiplier now .100, up from .025.
