XL Plasma Lance
***UPDATED FOR 2.0 WEAPONS STATS***
Created a new weapon, XL slot "Sunspear" plasma lance:
Mid-range lance (80), heavy damage, .25 shield damage (v2.0 standard for plasma), .5 shield penetration (not standard – in my head I pictured a weapon that would "splash" but would be so concentrated at its core it would punch through shields), 2.5 armor damage (150%, a bump over v2.0 standard for plasma and energy lances).
Ships using this lance will take some lumps in closing against longer ranged XL weapons but should do serious damage once they get in range (just like v2.0 regular plasma weapons).

I made this to play with New Ship Classes but should work with any mods.
If anyone would like to check the balance of this XL weapon vs. other XL’s via console BB vs. BB please do so and post your results.
